| With the economic development and technology innovation,large-sized transnational corporations are constantly emerging.At the same time,the rapid expansion of enterprise scale has led to issues such as difficulties in controlling the cost,the continuous decline in operating efficiency and mismatched management mode.By learning from the practical experience of large-sized enterprises at home and abroad,we can conclude that it is a good choice to establish the Financial Shared Service Center to get rid of this management dilemma.Based on the domestic and foreign FSSC research,this thesis analyzes that how to establish the FSSC in Z Company of the construction industry,with following the research ideas,“relevant theoretical research-the practice and problem of the traditional financial management mode-content design of the FSSC”.This thesis has given ideas about the way to establish the FSSC in order to solve the traditional financial management dilemma within Z Company.Firstly,introduce the background and significance of the study.Secondly,groom the research status of the FSSC at home and abroad.Then,analyze the practice and dilemma of traditional management mode of Z Company,combining the enterprise background,industry characteristics,organizational structure,etc.Finally,based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of Z Company’s FSSC,combined with author’s experience in Z Company,design the FSSC contents including the goal principles,organizational structure,system framework,and process reengineering,which shows the combination of the theoretical research and actual business.Through the establishment of the Financial Shared Service Center,it can effectively solve the traditional financial management predicament for the enterprise,and provide experience for enterprises to transform their financial functions and develop the shared mode of financial management. |
