| With the continuous enhancement of China’s economic and technological strength,the construction of expressways is in full swing,and the mileage of expressways keep breaking records constantly.By 2021,the mileage of expressways in Sichuan province has exceeded 8,000 kilometers.The increase of mileage has not only greatly promoted cultural exchanges and economic development along the line,but also demonstrated China’s comprehensive national strength,and even laid an important transportation foundation for China to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,with the rapid growth of mileage and traffic flow,the traffic accidents,natural disasters,public security incidents and other emergencies emerge one after another,seriously damaging the safety of citizens’ lives and property,and also causing bad impact on normal social production.After the expressway emergencies,how to efficiently carry out emergency management,quickly take measures to reduce the development of the situation,protect the life and property safety of the people involved,and ensure the smooth operation of the expressway network have become an urgent problem to be studied seriously.This paper takes the emergency of BGY Expressway Company as the research object.According to the classification of emergency,based on the theory of crisis management and emergency management,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the emergency management,and tried to find the reason.By learning from the experience of expressway emergency management in western developed countries,we try to explore a suitable mode for Sichuan local expressway emergency management.From the perspective of expressway operation management company,according to the objective time dimension of the emergency,this paper analyzed four steps,which is before the emergency,the emergency occurred,during the emergency and after the emergency.We put forward suggestions and opinions on each step,including the establishment of emergency management education and training system,doing a good job on basic work of emergency management,establishment of emergency joint command center,intelligent system,etc.All these measures are taken to improve the weakness of emergency management of BGY expressway company,and then strive to reduce the frequency and damage of emergencies. |
