Based on the characteristics of small hydraulic structures,such as multiple points,long lines,wide area and large quantity,and difficult construction management,it is particularly important to promote the prefabricated small hydraulic structures with factory manufacturing,universal specification of component size,high quality and light weight of structural materials,efficient and environmentally friendly construction technology under the background of the new era.In order to further promote the development of prefabricated small hydraulic structures to the direction of standardized design,industrial production,assembly construction and information cooperation,this paper combined with the Water Conservancy Science and Technology Project of Jiangsu Province in 2019(No.2019037),studied the problems of general difficulty,unreasonable resolution and low degree of coordination between design and construction management of assembly type small hydraulic building components,and the results are as follows:(1)In order to strengthen the specifications of prefabricated small hydraulic structures and their components’ commonality and combination,and facilitate the production,construction,installation and popularization of components,this paper determined the water flow of prefabricated small hydraulic structures in different areas within the irrigation area of 1000 mu in each irrigation period by calculating the design irrigation rate of 1d,2d,3d and 5d.At the same time,based on the modular design concept,the specifications of prefabricated small hydraulic structures corresponding to water flow in different soaking period and irrigation area were finalized.The final summary and integration of the flow as a variable assembled water delivery channel,inverted siphon,aqueduct,culvert and culvert gate of 5 small hydraulic structure of the final specification size.(2)In order to strengthen the rationality of structure splitting and the feasibility of fabrication and installation of assembled small hydraulic structures,this paper studies the structure splitting and finite element analysis of a new type of assembled culvert.The assembled culvert is divided into 9 components,and the connection mode of bolt,keyway and socket is comprehensively selected to assist the sealing rubber pad to increase the durability and impermeability of the building.In the process of assembly,anhydrous completion period,the normal operation period of watergate displacement sedimentation and and stress analysis,the watergate displacement of components under various conditions are smaller,the dashun displacement in the direction of flow of 0.8mm,0.12mm vertical subsidence,can meet the requirements of displacement and settlement.In normal operation period,the maximum stress of assembled culvert exists in the connecting bolt,which is 4.23MPa.After separating the connecting bolt,the maximum stress of the concrete member is 0.92MPa,and the concrete member and the connecting bolt can meet the strength requirements.In order to use 3D printing to intuitively study and discuss the assembled culvert structure,this paper uses Creo software to create the model,and uses Makerbot replicator z18 printer to print the model,and makes a discussion on 3D printing the assembled hydraulic building concrete component technology.(3)In order to improve the convenience of inquiry and management and the coordination of design and construction of assembled small hydraulic structures,this paper develops and designs the inquiry system of the assembled small hydraulic building based on VB data programming software,and realizes the inquiry of design flow and standard size of 5 kinds of buildings corresponding to the foam field period and control area as the main variables,and realizes the query of material performance test of lightweight high strength concrete,cement mortar material performance test and polymer modified cement mortar material performance test,etc.
