| In the deep and detailed study of prefabricated reinforced concrete box channel,it is necessary to master its stress mechanism and stress-strain response under various loads.The assembly box culvert embedded in the soil interacts with the surrounding soil.The study of its stress needs to be applied to elastoplastic mechanics,structural engineering,structural mechanics and other related knowledge.With the rapid development of China’s highway transportation industry,the number of culvert structures in the transportation system has also increased significantly.Most of the existing culverts in the highway are cast-in-place construction.However,industrial construction has become an important strategy for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the only way for the construction of green roads,so the majority of scholars pay more and more attention to the development of prefabricated underground structures.In this paper,the mechanical characteristics and stress mechanism of the assembled box culvert with different structural joints are systematically and deeply studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Proposed fabricated box culvert with various joint structures.A variety of assembled box culverts with different structural joints are proposed,including flat joint,round hinge,mortise joint,etc.(2)Finite element simulation analysis of assembled box culvert.By using ANSYS finite element numerical simulation method,the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of integral assembled box culvert and assembled box culvert(flat joint type,round hinge type,mortise type,etc.)in different joint structures is established,and the mechanical properties of assembled box culvert with flat joint type,round hinge type,mortise type,etc.under the same load are analyzed.(3)Construction simulation of prefabricated box culvert.The finite element analysis model of assembled box culvert and soil contact entity is established by using ANSYS finite element numerical simulation method..The whole construction process of assembled box culvert and several different joint structures(flat joint,round hinge,mortise joint,etc.)is analyzed.Then the deformation,stress and distribution of box culvert in the construction process are analyzed. |
