| The progress of culvert directly affects the overall construction period of highwayprojects. The quality of construction of the assembled concrete culvert is easy to guaranteedand its construction with high efficiency has a good prospect. In this thesis, a series ofanalyses are performed on structure stability, strength in the junctions of the componentsand structure optimization.Firstly, based on the Huishui to Xingren expressway culvert project in Guizhouprovince, the culverts are divided into three categories: small-span slab culvert, large-spanslab culvert, and arch culvert according to the process of structural components assembly.Compaired with the cast-in-place concrete culvert, stress characteristics of the assembledculvert are analyzed and the three key points of assembled concrete culvert are definedincluding the structural stability, the strength in the junctions of the components and thestrength of the components.Secondly, models of small-size slab culverts, large-span slab culverts and arch culvertsare established by finite element method. The stability of the assembled concrete culvert isanalyzed by monitoring the displacement of the side wall of the culvert. The strength in thejunctions between the side wall and the cap of the assembled concrete culvert is studiedaccording to the Third Strength Thoery. In addition, the local strength of the assembledconcrete culvert structure is investigated according to the First Strength Thoery. And then, adesign for assembly without groove on the foundation is proposed, and a series of analysesare carried out.The results show that the strength in the junction between the slab and the side wallsas well as the junctions between the foundation and the side walls can meet therequirements of the structural strength and stability. No matter the groove on the foundationplaced or not, the requirements of the structural stability and the strength can be satisfiedfor both the slab culvert and the arch culvert. When the groove is placed, the requirementsof the structural stability and strength of the culvert can be met with the depth of5cm. It isfeasible that trapezoidal cross-section of culvert is optimized into rectangular cross-sectionaccording to the construction process of the assembled culvert. It can provide valuablereferences for the design and construction of the assembled concrete culvert. |
