In the container industry,standard dry containers have been the most widely used products.The structure has been continually optimized and perfected.However,due to the characteristics of the whole container welded structure,some disadvantages still can not be solved,such as manufacturing process,empty container storage and transport,industry layout and so on.The split assembled dry container is a new product which can be assembled by the finished module parts,and can solve the disadvantages of traditional standard dry container.It will bring a revolutionary breakthrough for manufacture,storage,transportation and industry layout in the dry container field.In this paper,the split assembled dry container structure is designed and optimized,and verified by the method of finite element analysis and prototype container test.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the research purpose,and based on the requirements of the strength of the standard container and industry standard,I make the design goals,the assembly unit partition criteria and the strength design criteria.The strength design criterion includes the strength design criterion of connecting,simulation test strength requirements and the structure strength requirements.2)In accordance with the requirements of product design,assembly unit division criterion and strength design criteria,completed the split assembled dry container assembly unit partition,parts structure design,connection structure design.The split assembled dry container design structure is verified by finite element analysis and prototype container test.The wall structure is weak in the side wall test,and the strength margin is only 14%.The corner posts have a permanent deformation of 0mm in height,so the structure is reliable.3)Through the finite element analysis,the detailed strength analysis of the rivets is carried out,and the quantity and layout of the rivets are optimized based on the analysis results.It is more reasonable to design the bottom beam joint rivet in the concave wave.The two rivets of each concave wave should be as close as possible to the oblique wave.The front wall side joint rivet is more reasonable to use dislocation arrangement,and the bigger the distance,the better.4)The results of the simulation test are analyzed.The cause of error is material difference,assembly error gap,welding and assembly stress.The relative value of the error is about 6% and below,and the largest is 8.2%.Therefore,the accuracy of finite element simulation test can meet the requirement of strength verification.5)The structure of the door and side wall wave plate is optimized.The quality of the optimized door can be reduced by 17.5kg,although the structural strength decreased by 4.3%,but it can meet the strength requirement.
