| Culvert is one kind of widely used underground buildings, which belongs to thecover engineering and is regarded as the lifeline engineering in the world.Reinforcedconcrete box culvert has occupied a considerable amount culvert type in waterconservancy project,therefore, its structure design is particularly important.This paper introduces the relevant theories of box culvert structure based on thefinite element method and summarizes the internal force calculation method used inANSYS.With the large general finite element software ANSYS, the water diversionproject in Zijin Lake culvert is analyzed, including3D linear finite element model,and two-dimensional beam element model.Nonlinear finite element analysisof reinforced box culvert is calculated. The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the principle and analysis steps of ANSYS finiteelement method, as well as the related technologies theory used for box culvertstructure analysis of ANSYS.(2)The method to solve entity structure internal force with ANSYS issummarized. Through a simple freely supported beam, the advantages anddisadvantages of several entity element model methods are analysised.(3)Establishes three-dimensional entity element model of Zijin Lake waterdiversion culvert with ANSYS softwarel, and analysises the three-dimensional finiteelement model in water and anhydrous conditions respitively, compares thedeformation and stress of the box culvert under two conditions, therefore determinesthe control condition as anhydrous conditions. Secondary development of ANSYS isestablished based on the APDL language by programming command flow tointegrate the stress of anhydrousbatch to slove the inernal force of different parts ofbox culvert.(4)Calculates the internal force of Zijin Lake box culvert in control conditionby the structure mechanics method and ANSYS beam element model respectively andcompares the results of these methods.Then reinforcement situatuin is decided basedon the internal forces results of the control condition. the reinforcement results arecompared.(5)Establishes the finite element model of reinforced concrete box culvertaccording to the results of ribs, Then nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out toverify the reliability of the steel bar. |
