As a new type of building structure,the prefabricated building has been developed gradually in the field of construction in China due to its fast construction speed,high efficiency and low cost.As the most important structural form of prefabricated building,laminated plate is applied most in practical engineering with the largest demand.However,due to the limitations of production environment and transportation conditions,it is very difficult to prefabricate concrete slabs with large span.Therefore,we generally divide the large span prefabricated floor into several small span floor,which are processed and transported to the site for splicing.The difference of mechanical properties between the composite plate and the cast plate has certain research value in engineering.This paper,by using finite element software ABAQUS to different number of precast joint board of spell superimposed slab are numerically simulated,and compared with site casting,from the aspects such as deflection,stress and strain,the support reaction force analysis the stress of the use of phase difference between the plates,and then on site casting,two composite panels and three spell composite plate,from the aspects such as deflection,stress and strain,crack development analysis of the plate in the plastic phase of the performance difference.Finally,by changing the thickness,length-width ratio,span and the direction of the splitter,the effects of different variable parameters on the properties of the composite plates were studied,and the rules were summarized.The results show that the mechanical behavior of the composite plate is not different from that of the cast-in-place plate,and it can replace the cast-in-place plate to some extent.With the development of the plasticity stage,the difference of the stiffness and ductility between the composite plate and the cast-in-place plate is gradually reflected.The load transfer form of the two and three panels is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place slab,but with the increase of the number of joints,the composite slab gradually develops towards the unidirectional force.The joint reinforcement is set up reasonably and can be stressed to yield.The development of cracks will not be interrupted because of the patchwork.As the patchwork increases,the range and speed of the development of cracks will increase.The cracks of the composite board need to be controlled when using the composite board.In the design of splice laminates,the direction of splice should be parallel to the short span of the laminates.In addition,within a certain range,changing the thickness of the laminated layer,the ratio of length to width and the span of the plate will make the mechanical performance of the closely assembled laminated plate closer to that of the castable plate.
