In recent years,the production and sales of the whole automobile industry are in a downward trend,and the economic indicators of the auto parts industry upstream of the industrial chain are relatively stable,but they are also facing the grim situation of the gradual tightening of corporate profit space.Production line optimization,as an improvement method with less investment and good effect,has gradually become an effective choice for enterprises to achieve low-cost,high-efficiency and high-quality development.This paper takes the production line of X sub-instrument panel of HT company as the research object.Firstly,by using the field investigation method,time study and process program analysis,it gives the production line information of X product,such as the processing procedure,process flow chart,standard operation time and process program record sheet.Based on the calculation of production line balance rate,loss rate and smooth index and other balance indicators,and make clear that the cause of low balance rate of production line is:unreasonable process flow,unreasonable station layout,low utilization rate of personnel,staff action is not economic;Secondly,from the three levels of program analysis,operation analysis and movement analysis,using 5W1H questioning technology,ECRS principle,man-machine operation analysis,movement economy principle and station layout adjustment method,the injection molding process,welding process,assembly process of the production line are optimized.Finally,the Flexsim simulation software and the modeling process of the optimized production line are introduced in detail.Running the simulation model,the results show that the fitting degree of the simulation model is good,and the optimization scheme is feasible.After optimization,the bottleneck man-hour was reduced from 60.45s to 45.13s,and the corresponding production capacity was increased from 625 sets/day to 837 sets/day,which increased by 33.92%to meet the capacity requirements.The balance rate of production line increased from 54%to 80.67%,reaching a good balance level.The number of work stations was reduced from 29 to 20,and the number of workers was reduced from 27 to 18.The utilization rate of man-machine operation was also improved to varying degrees,reducing the production cost. |
