In recent years,manufacturing companies have gradually increased the pressure to compete with each other.Today’s market environment requires product diversification and individualization,but also requires transparency in prices.To cope with these challenges,it is necessary to improve the productivity and production efficiency of the enterprise itself,so that the production process can be rationalized to the greatest extent.The enterprise must continuously improve labor production efficiency,shorten the production cycle of products,and reduce waste caused by the number of products.This requires manufacturing companies to strengthen management,try to eliminate all kinds of waste in the production process,thereby enhancing their profitability,production line balance is an important means to improve the level of production management.This subject takes the W company’s automotive interior assembly line as the research object.First,obtain the operating time of each operation element on the W company’s automotive interior assembly line workstation through field research,and provide the corresponding data basis for the next step of assembly line modeling and simulation;and then use Flexsim simulation software to simulate the assembly line of W company’s automobile interior.By running the simulation model and analyzing the simulation results,the busy and idle rate of the automobile interior assembly line is summarized,and the conclusion of the imbalance of the interior assembly line is drawn.The related theories of assembly line production line balance have been studied more in-depth on the interior assembly line.The interior assembly line has been optimized by using the simulated annealing algorithm and Matlab programming software,and the work content on each workstation has been redistributed to improve the balance rate of the assembly line;Finally,use Flexsim simulation software again to conduct secondary modeling and simulation of the optimized assembly line,compare and analyze the assembly line before and after optimization,and analyze and compare several balance indicators such as balance rate and smoothing index to provide solutions to practical problems.Basis to provide decision support for W company’s automotive interior assembly line balance.
