| For a long time,the extensive management of building construction has led to a serious waste of resources,environmental damage,high energy consumption and high pollution,while green construction enjoys an effective way to realize energy conservation and resource recycling.However,enterprises often pursue short-term benefits,hope to recover the cost as soon as possible to make benefits,the weak awareness of personnel and lack of targeted incentive mechanism all hinders the development of green construction.Green construction evaluation can effectively promote the development of green construction,but at present,there are still some limitations in its evaluation research in China.For the reason of the evaluation index system is imperfect,the evaluation weight is not considered comprehensively,and the qualitative index is difficult to quantify,it is an inevitable requirement for green construction to establish a scientific and effective evaluation system.On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures,the thesis conducts research on the green construction evaluation system in construction engineering.Firstly,the related concepts of green construction and its evaluation are sorted out and summarized.On this basis,in view of the fact that the current indicators pay more attention to technology and neglect management,the current evaluation indicators are improved and the index of "on-site comprehensive management" is added.Combined with the actual situation in China,three first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators are summarized and determined by AHP.Secondly,Delphi method is used to determine the weight of green construction evaluation index.According to the unbalanced distribution of resources in different regions of China,it is proposed that the weight should be determined according to the different conditions of different regions.People with different jobs,different educational background and different ages in the construction field are invited to form a questionnaire expert group to determine the index weight in the form of questionnaire survey.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several main evaluation methods,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected,and combined with the determined indicators and their weights,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is constructed.Finally,taking a case study of a project in Zhuzhou as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system constructed in this paper is conducted to simulate and evaluate the project,and the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation system are verified.Combined with the actual situation in China,this paper improves the evaluation index system and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which has guiding significance for green construction and promotes the development process of green construction in China. |
