improve this situation,sustainable development concepts into the construction sector,the construction industry to achieve sustainable development becomes an inevitable trend,but to achieve the sustainable development of the construction sector,you have to implement the concept of sustainability in the whole life cycle of the building,green construction is to introduce sustainable development in the field of construction,the construction phase is caused by environmental pollution and waste of energy with the main phase of green control at this stage there is very important,and one from the construction preparation stage if it is controlled,will be conducive to the smooth progress of the entire construction phase,to achieve green goal,this paper carried out the construction of green layout evaluation studies,the establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation system.Firstly,the current development of green construction and green construction assessment to start,through a lot of literature reading and analysis of research in green construction field were basic understanding,discovery of the construction layout of green evaluation little while construction layout as an important part of the smooth construction of the guide,it carried a green evaluation studies for achieving green construction is necessary,then the proposed research direction,namely green construction evaluation system layout,followed by the first Chapter Ⅱ of the theory in-depth interpretation,first analyzes the connotation of sustainable development,because
