In 2022,the urbanization rate of China’s population was 65.22%,up 0.5percentage points from the previous year,entering the middle and late stages of rapid urbanization development.As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has played an important role in ensuring the rapid growth of China’s urbanization rate over the years.However,from the development history of developed countries in the world,after the urbanization rate of a country reaches the middle and late stage,the development of the construction industry starts to shift from the expansion of weight in the first half to the development of quality in the second half,and the industry structure faces adjustment and transformation and upgrading,and the development mode will also shift from the rough and loose type to the high-quality development stage.Over the past years,China’s construction industry in the economic and social development of brilliant achievements at the same time,the crude development also consumed a large number of resources,the environment has caused incalculable pollution and damage.Therefore,actively promoting green,clean and low-carbon high-quality construction has become an inevitable trend of development.Green construction is an important means to guide engineering construction on environmental protection,energy resource conservation and to promote sustainable development.In recent years,most construction companies have already implemented green construction in their actual projects and actively developed and used green construction technologies.Although China has actively promoted and vigorously developed green construction and achieved certain research results,a fully mature green construction evaluation system has not been established so far.In order to effectively promote the development of green construction and break through the limitations of the existing system,it is an inevitable requirement of modern construction to study and improve the green construction evaluation system.Therefore,this paper makes the following research work.(1)Review the relevant literature at home and abroad,gain an in-depth understanding of the current development of green construction of construction projects,and put forward the problems and limitations of green construction evaluation.In-depth research on the concept,connotation characteristics and essential requirements of green building and green construction is conducted to explore the theoretical basis related to the promotion of green construction of construction projects and to provide ideas for green construction evaluation.(2)Through an in-depth study of relevant guidelines,norms and standards of green construction,and combining the characteristics of green construction evaluation and relevant work contents of on-site construction,three primary indicators such as construction management,14 secondary indicators such as dust control,material saving and material resource utilization,green construction innovation,and 32 tertiary indicators such as noise monitoring,water recycling,green construction education and training are determined to construct hierarchical structure model.(3)Through the comparison and analysis of various assignment methods,the hierarchical analysis method was used to assign the weight.Then,according to the "Delphi method",we designed,issued and collected questionnaires through the "Questionnaire Star" platform,and determined the index weights.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was proposed to objectively judge the green construction grade of the project.(4)Based on a hospital project in Fuyang City,the use of new green construction technology and green innovation technology in the project is discussed and the green construction grade evaluation results are obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to verify the feasibility and implementation of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Figure 40 table 20 reference 54... |
