Green construction refers to the construction activities to save resources and reduce the negative impact on the environment to the greatest extent through scientific management and technological progress on the premise of ensuring the basic requirements of quality and safety,so as to realize four sections and one environmental protection(energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving and environmental protection).With the gradual implementation and promotion of the concept of sustainable development in China,green construction has gradually attracted the attention of the construction industry.The research on green construction evaluation of construction projects has gradually increased.At present,the resource load of power substations is rising rapidly,and the number of power substations is gradually increasing,but the green evaluation of substation construction is less.Therefore,taking 110 kV Hechang Road Substation Project as an example,this paper evaluates the green construction of substation project,In order to promote the attention of 110 kV Hechang road substation project to green construction,and provide a reference basis for green construction and evaluation of similar substations.Based on the common framework system proposed in the green construction guidelines and combined with the construction characteristics of substation,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of substation green construction,determines the weight of each evaluation index through expert investigation method and AHP method,and analyzes and evaluates the importance of each evaluation index in substation green construction,At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the 110 kV Hechang Road Substation Project.At the same time,this paper analyzes several key problems in the construction process,and summarizes and puts forward detailed and specific improvement measures from six aspects: saving building materials,environmental protection,saving water,saving land,saving resources and substation fire protection,which can be used as a reference for substation construction and other construction projects in the future. |
