| As my country’s economy is moving towards a high level and high quality,speeding up the construction of a transportation power and building a modern and high-quality national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network has put forward new and higher requirements.According to the "National Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Planning Outline" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in February 2021,by 2035,the number of national civil transportation airports will reach about 400.At the end of 2020,there were 241 civil transport airports issued nationwide,which means that China will add more than 150 airports in the next 15 years,an average of 10 new airports every year.As of April 2021,the number of registered general airports in my country has reached 339.If every county in the country builds a general airport,it will be more than two thousand.In the development of air transportation,as the demand for new construction of large airports declines,new construction,reconstruction,and expansion of small airports(including general airports)will be the direction of civil aviation infrastructure investment.Due to the difficulty of construction,large investment,strict rules and regulations,and high risk of affecting airport operations,airport road engineering is prone to risks such as increased costs,waste of resources,schedule delays,and safety accidents during the construction process if project risk management is not carried out.Starting from the actual project,this article takes the FY airport road engineering project as an example,and the risk management of the airport’s non-stop construction is the research object.The article first analyzes the content of risk identification,risk assessment,and risk control by studying domestic and foreign related risk management theories and related airport engineering norms and standards,combined with FY airport non-stop construction risk management.Secondly,it introduces the specific overview of FY airport field engineering construction,elaborates the necessity of engineering risk analysis,conducts risk identification from the perspective of "man-machine-environment-management",and uses questionnaire surveys,expert interviews and field investigations to determine the qualitative Method,identify the key risks and corresponding typical risks of project technical risks,safety risks,economic risks,schedule risks,environmental risks,and build a risk management system for non-stop construction projects of FY airport field projects.In addition,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to quantify the key risk factors affecting the project,evaluate the weight of each risk factor,and perform sensitivity analysis on the stability of the weight of related factors;finally,combined with the actual situation of the project,further Carry out risk assessment on the possibility and severity of risks,and propose specific and effective risk control measures,improve the risk management research of airport non-stop construction,and make valuable suggestions for other airport road engineering projects.Figure(17)Table(16)Ref(53)... |
