Research On Material Distribution Techn Ology Based On A General Assembly Line

In recent years,China’s aviation manufacturing industry has entered a period of rapid development.A variety of aircraft manufacture project has been intertwined,and the production delivery is extremely urgent.The assembly line is the core of the manufacturing of aerospace manufacturing enterprises.Material distribution is an important part of the assembly line.Facing the difficulties of complicated aircraft model structure,large quantity of materials and frequent changes in production plans,the traditional distribution mode based on people is difficult to meet the total assembly line.The timely,accurate and efficient distribution of materials has seriously restricted the improvement of production efficiency.Based on the material distribution requirements of a certain assembly line of Xifei Company,this paper carries out the following research works:(1)The research status of the aircraft assembly production line and material distribution system is introduced,and the problems existing in the traditional material distribution mode are analyzed.(2)Analyzed the station layout planning,material layout characteristics and capacity improvement requirements of a certain assembly line,and proposed a distribution management mode suitable for the material type and demand of the total assembly line.(3)Designed the software and hardware components of the material distribution system in the general assembly stage,planned various material storage,matching and distribution processes,and established the material matching sequence optimization.The model is given and the optimization calculation method is given.The effectiveness of the calculation method is verified by a specific example.(4)A set of material management and control system suitable for the total assembly production of a certain type of machine is combined with the on-site implementation process and application effect of the Xifei total assembly production line to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the lean layout and material distribution system.In addition,the comprehensive benefit analysis of the material distribution system was carried out.
