Logistics is an important part of manufacturing enterprises in production and operation,and has become the third profit source for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.As one of the functional facilities logistics of production enterprises,assembly shop logistics is an extremely important link in the commercial activities of production enterprises.It is the link connecting material warehouse and station.The rationality of material distribution path design directly affects the cost and efficiency of material distribution as well as the stability and production efficiency of production line.Therefore,how to rationally plan the material distribution path of assembly workshop has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on M company assembly workshop as an example,this paper first analyzed about the present situation of assembly workshop material distribution,It was found that there were some problems such as long distribution path,unable to deliver materials to corresponding work stations on time and accurately,and unable to select and assign vehicles of various types,and the main causes of these problems is the unreasonable material distribution path design.Secondly,according to the complex environment of the assembly shop,the actual path time matrix between the material warehouse and the station is constructed,and the fuzzy time window is designed which is different from the traditional time window.The time window has a constraint effect on the material distribution in terms of time and cost.Thirdly,aiming at the material distribution path optimization problem of single vehicle type,a material distribution path optimization model of homogeneous vehicle considering recycling was constructed with the lowest sum of distribution vehicle assignment cost,route cost and penalty cost for violating the time window.An improved ant colony algorithm(IACO)was designed.The improvement point was to introduce different path selection strategies.In order to improve the performance of ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and two-element optimization algorithm are embedded in the process of ant optimization.Finally,in view of the many models of material distribution route optimization problem,A model was developed that considered recycling and three targets,including the lowest cost of vehicles,break time window punishment lowest cost and the shortest delivery time.The improved with elite strategy of non dominated sorting multi-objective optimization algorithm(INSGA-Ⅱ)was designed,based on the defects of the algorithm,the selection,crossover and mutation operators of population and elite retention strategy are improved.Results show that the proposed assembly workshop material distribution route optimization solution in a certain extent,improve the efficiency of M company assembly workshop material distribution,reduce the cost of distribution,assembly workshop to manufacture enterprise material supply path provides a certain reference function,distribution characteristics of the similar distribution activities also provides a certain reference.
