With the development of the production technology and the increasing of people’s demand for diversification, in order to adapt to this change, Mixed Model Assembly Line is adopted in the assembly line of production enterprises. The assembly is the key part in production, and it is also the largest part of the consumption cost. Although Mixed Model Assembly Line improves flexibility of assembly, it also improves complexity of assembly process management and material distribution. Scientific and reasonable ways of material distribution is effective method, which can help production enterprises improve field management level, and reduce assembly cost. Therefore, the study of Mixed Flow Assembly Line material distribution is significance, and it has application value.In this paper, the research scope is material distribution inside the factory. Based on the analysis of Mixed Flow Assembly Line and its material distribution characteristics, Product materials are divided into different types. Different distribution patterns are designed for different types of materials. The dynamic distribution scheme for ranked material is designed, It consists of the initial distribution and process distribution. In the process materials distribution, in considering of dynamic distribution flexibility and adaptability, Uncertainty dynamic joint replenishment distribution strategy is proposed. According to the process distribution strategy, in order to make the overall distribution result perfect, based on the traditional path optimization model, constraints of time window and the number range of material are added, the material distribution model is established. Structure algorithm and genetic algorithm are designed to solve the model. Examples prove the correctness and validity of the model. Do analysis of the two kinds of algorithms.Material distribution system is structured on AVMPM platform, the feasibility and effectiveness of material distribution theory is verified. In the implementation of material distribution, according to characteristics of the general materials and ranked materials, the methods of the KANBAN pull and ANDON pull respectively are used, the methods make information accurate in the actual distribution, and make distribution scheme be applied successfully. Finally, Effect of distribution is the best.
