| Material distribution is an important part of manufacturing and a bridge connecting warehouses and production workshops.In order to respond to the diversified needs of the market and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,more and more enterprises have begun to pay attention to the flexibility of production lines and the intelligentization of warehousing.At the same time,the requirements for material distribution have also increased.In order to improve enterprise productivity in an all-round way,this article took the electrical cabinet assembly line as the research object and used a new generation of information technology to study the optimization of material distribution methods.Based on the theory of production logistics,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the production material distribution process of the existing electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises,determined the optimization objectives,gave out the intelligent material distribution solution based on Internet and Internet of things technology,then designed and developed an electrical equipment production material distribution information management system including material order management,material distribution management,material dynamic monitoring and system configuration.The system useed the BOM automatically obtained from MES to realize the planning of distribution route,useed RFID technology to realize the rapid identification of materials,and realized the real-time positioning of materials based on UWB technology.An improved ant colony algorithm was proposed to optimize the material distribution path,and the actual production data on the assembly line was used for simulation.The result verified the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,based on the Microsoft.NET Framework,the material distribution information management system was designed and developed,and it was put into operation in the enterprise.The system effectively improved the efficiency of material picking and distribution,improved the production management level of the enterprise,and verified the feasibility of the material distribution plan.It has certain reference value for the optimization of material distribution of other mixed-flow assembly lines. |
