Material Distribution Scheme Design Of Automobile Switch Assembly Workshop

Automobile switch manufacturers adopt multi-variety and small-batch production mode,which involves a large number of parts and quantities,which brings challenges to the management and supply of production materials.The topic is from the practice of enterprise.The paper comes from the work content of enterprise practice.Taking a automobile switch assembly workshop as the object,the material distribution scheme is designed by using lean logistics method.The main contents are as follows:(1)Description and analysis of workshop status.Through the investigation of automobile electronic switch assembly workshop,the paper analyzes the product,process and layout,and points out that the workshop has the problems of logistics,side stacking of production line,stacking,packaging and material shortage under the circumstances of material requisition system.(2)Design of workshop layout improvement scheme.The improvement of the workshop layout is convenient for the smooth implementation of the material distribution scheme.Through the clustering results,get the result of switch classification and select the production line type.By using the production line balancing theory to improve production line layout,and design material supermarket operation process,set up inventory and divide functional area.(3)Design of material distribution scheme in workshop.On the basis of material supermarket establishment and workshop layout improvement,the material distribution plan is designed by using lean logistics idea.The material distribution plan design includes the establishment of parts database,the standardization of material packaging and transportation design,distribution strategy and distribution priority determination,parts classification,material distribution list establishment,real-time material consumption calculation.(4)Research on material distribution route in workshop,Seted up a vehicle routing model with soft time window constraint is established,and designed a genetic algorithm to solve the optimal route.Taking the No.three assembly workshop as an example,the material distribution scheme is implemented,and the distribution effect is analyzed and evaluated.This paper designs the material distribution plan of the automobile switch assembly workshop,establishes the material supermarket to manage the logistics and information flow between the warehouse and the workshop,and coordinate the supply of the material.The quantity accurate,variety of materials are delivered to the workshop production line in time,reduce the workshop line edge material inventory,and improve production logistics efficiency.
