Material distribution is the link of assembly production,which is the favorable guarantee of assembly and manufacturing.Due to the characteristics of the complex structure product,the product in the assembly process required materials must be balanced,timely and reasonable distribution in place,in order to ensure the smooth flow of manufacturing enterprises assembly line.At present,the contradiction between the high efficiency of the complex structure product assembly line and the low efficiency of material distribution has seriously affected the assembly production efficiency of the manufacturing enterprise.Therefore,it is an important part of research on the development of manufacturing enterprises to assemble material distribution of complex structure product.This paper is based on the key research and development plan of Jiangxi Province(20161BBE53005),which name is the key technology research of complex structure product assembly material distribution.This paper is based on the aircraft as a typical example of the complex structure products assembly for the study.The main work is divided into several parts as follows.(1)This paper proposes the construction of a pedigree multi state aircraft product configuration and uses the bill of material(BOM)multi view mapping technology.According to the assembly process and assembly work station structure decomposition,this paper completes the manufacturing BOM to assembly BOM model and assembly BOM to feeding BOM model.Then this paper builds the pedigree multi state aircraft assembly material feeding BOM.Finally,the landing gear of a certain type of aircraft series as an example,the feeding BOM model of landing gear is given based on the decomposition of the landing gear manufacturing process.(2)The required time of material was fuzzy during aircraft assembly because of production cycle fluctuations.This paper is proposed that the time parameter method of work station material demand based on normal fuzzy time window.The membership degree of fuzzy number is used to characterize work station satisfaction.Based on the presented normal fuzzy time window constraints,the mathematical model of path planning was established for aircraft assembly material delivery.The presented mathematical model was solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,the presented material delivery path planning was simulated for engineering applications.The simulations show that the presented path planning method has better economic performance and feasibility.(3)In order to avoid the lack of information in the material distribution process,the two-dimensional bar code technology is applied in the material distribution process.The data acquisition structure of the two-dimensional barcode is constructed and the two-dimensional barcode software is developed.Finally,with the example of Chinese sensible code,the application of the two-dimensional barcode in the material distribution process is expounded.
