Life Cycle House Design Under The Two Children Policy

With the opening of the comprehensive two-child policy,China’s population structure has gradually undergone tremendous changes,breaking the traditional family structure model of a family of three and increasing the number of families of four.In this paper,after the opening of the second child policy,through understanding the impact of the policy on the population structure of Liaoning and even the whole country,and the impact on the real estate market,data collection and analysis are carried out from different ways.From the macro perspective,we can infer and predict the changes of mainstream products and R & D direction in the future real estate market;from the micro perspective,we can analyze the changes of family life style caused by the changes of family members,so as to analyze the physiological and psychological needs of residents in different life stages,genders and ages of a family,so as to deduce the whole life cycle through time The basis of the theory,and clear the significance and purpose of the theory for the real estate industry and people’s daily life.At the same time,it is combined with the research results of the applicability of residential space at home and abroad to form the theoretical basis of this study.Through the construction of the original structural system and new materials to achieve the flexible separation of the original living space,it can effectively meet the different needs of family members according to the different stages of the family.The second phase development of Minmetals Hongyuan is just after the full opening of the two-child policy.Through the investigation and analysis of the transaction results of the real estate market in the same period in Shenyang,where the project is located,and through the interviews with the transaction customers and potential customers of the surrounding competitive products,this paper summarizes the design tone of the whole project and the positioning principle of the main products.According to this principle,the area range,function differentiation and space development of the park’s apartment products are further designed,and the final results are obtained.Different from the characteristics of the previous house type products,the second child family has become an important proposition in house type design.Through the analysis of the theory and characteristics of the life cycle house type,through the research of space adaptability,the life cycle house type of different area segments is the main product of this project,and the theory is integrated into the actual project,which is the characteristic of this paper.
