At present,China has fully entered the aging society, and the social interaction behavior of the elderly and the environmental quality of their living interaction space have been paid more and more attention. For the elderly, the fading out of social functions will weaken some social relations, reduce the scale of social network, and even lead to social isolation due to isolation, which may lead to many psychological and physiological problems. Therefore,it is very important to promote active social activities and improve and expand the social network of the elderly to improve the quality of life of the elderly. At the same time, due to the limitation of movement ability, the elderly mainly carry out social activities around their living space, which has a high demand for the built environment of the community. However,in reality, there is often a spatial mismatch between the social space at the level of community planning and the location of the social activities of the elderly. Therefore, attention should be paid to this difference in the improvement of community environment, which is of great significance to the promotion and construction of high-quality community space. This paper takes the social network relationship of the elderly as the research perspective, takes Fuyang Community of Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province as the research object, and constructs a two-dimensional model of "social interaction--spatial structure" through social network analysis.Firstly, the information related to the elderly’s family network, neighbor network, friend network and social support network was obtained by issuing questionnaires, and the objects and space requirements of the elderly in social activities were asked. The correlation between social network and social object is verified, which makes social network become easy to observe from unobservable.Secondly, the social space structure model and the social activity distribution model are constructed to analyze the difference between the distribution location of the elderly’s social activities and the social space layout structure in the sense of community planning, and the specific reasons for this difference are analyzed.By comparing the two models,it is found that the social spatial structure model is different from the social activity distribution model in terms of scale, density and aggregation trend. The social space structure presents the situation that the main square space radiates to the edge facilities space, while the social activities do not strictly follow this law.The main reasons for the difference are the indiscriminate setting of steps, the over-sculptural landscape and the lack of rest facilities. At the same time, different types of social activities have different correlations with the elderly’s social space factor preferences.Family socializing is related to green space and sales function, neighbor socializing is related to tables and chairs, trees, grass, landmark landscape, and quiet environment, friend socializing is related to seats, landmark landscape, fitness equipment, road, and busy environment, and stranger socializing is related to more spatial elements. When space transformation, according to the degree of node parameters, select had the potential to transform social space, according to the demand of different social activities as a whole space elements of the implant, and from the Angle of optimizing the social spatial structure is proposed to establish the node space walk, coordinate the relationship between spatial hierarchy, perfecting the system of strategy,on the basis of this puts forward general space upgrade strategy,It provides a perspective of social network for the transformation of community space.
