Research On Social Integration Strategy Of Affordable Housing Community In Changsha From The Perspective Of Social Space

The development of rapid urbanization in China has exacerbated the inequality of urban spatial resource allocation.Affordable housing communities gather a large number of vulnerable groups in the city.Problems such as spatial differentiation,residential isolation and social exclusion need to be solved urgently.Exploring the social integration strategy of affordable housing communities has become an important topic of urban development.From the perspective of social space,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of social integration of affordable housing community in Changsha,and puts forward targeted strategies for social integration of affordable housing community in Changsha in the future through in-depth analysis of the impact mechanism of social integration.This paper consists of the following three parts:The first part is the relevant basic research and theoretical combing.Firstly,it combs the research status of affordable housing at home and abroad from a macro perspective,and analyzes the strategies of social integration at home and abroad.Secondly,it combs the development context of social space theory,and explains the social space connotation of affordable housing community.Finally,it focuses on the relevance analysis between the perspective of social space and the affordable housing community,and puts forward the principles of "Space justice","space sharing" and"space interaction",so as to guide the affordable housing community to explore the strategy of social integration.The second part is the research on the current situation of social integration of affordable housing community in Changsha.On the one hand,through the theoretical research of social space,the residential environment quality method based on the community level is used to carry out the research.Based on the principle of"communication,participation and equality" of social integration,the research index system and social integration evaluation criteria are constructed.The evaluation of the current situation of social integration is mainly based on the subjective feelings of residents,supplemented by the built environment.It is concluded that the current situation of social integration of affordable housing community in Changsha is"general integration",And the internal integration is better than the external integration,and clarify the "social space" relationship contained in the current situation of social integration of affordable housing community.On the other hand,the impact mechanism is analyzed from the aspects of planning and construction,community governance,personal factors and social principles.For personal factors,linear regression analysis is used to judge the impact of personal characteristics on social integration.The third part discusses the social integration strategy of affordable housing community in Changsha.From the perspective of social space,based on the research on the current situation and influence mechanism of social integration,combined with foreign experience,China’s national conditions and the characteristics of Changsha,starting from the principle of social integration,this paper puts forward solutions in different dimensions:first,promote the mixed residence of different income classes in planning and construction;Construct the compound interface of affordable housing community;Control the block scale and form the block planning and scale control strategy of "narrow road,dense network and enclosed Street outline";Build a community life circle of affordable housing.Second,in the economic dimension,strengthen the "industrial relationship" of affordable housing community residents,promote residents’ employment and improve their reproduction capacity,and create jobs in combination with community commercial supporting facilities,community pension and community diversified collaborative governance.Third,build a neighborhood communication platform in the social dimension,improve the construction of community culture,and innovate the participation mode of community public affairs.From different dimensions,promote the residents of affordable housing community to strengthen internal and external exchanges,ensure the residents’right to equal development,and make the residents more dignified and fully integrate into urban life.
