| In recent years,the situation facing public health emergencies in our country has become more and more severe.In particular,the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in2020 has caused a huge loss of manpower and material resources to the country and people.As a key institution for responding to public health emergencies,hospitals play a pivotal role in the prevention and control of the epidemic.Public health emergencies include sudden major infectious diseases.In such an epidemic,doctors and patients face a greater risk of nosocomial infections.Therefore,the prevention and control of nosocomial infections under public health emergencies requires attention.From the perspective of controlling nosocomial infections and based on real hospital feeling data,this paper constructs a hospital feeling risk coupling evaluation model,and obtains the key risk factors and risk chains that affect the hospital’s response to public health emergencies.In addition,an evaluation model for the resilience of hospitals to respond to public health emergencies is proposed.Through the control of risk sources,the resilience of hospitals to respond to public health emergencies is strengthened.First,the author extensively searched 3904 reports related to hospital feeling events on academic and news websites at home and abroad.In order to make the selected data representative,organize the data from different countries,provinces,time of occurrence,types of infections,etc.,and establish the ability to evaluate hospital control from four aspects: management,personnel,equipment,and buildings,A public health emergency response capability assessment system supplemented by other emergency response capabilities.Secondly,based on the above data,construct a risk coupling model for hospitals to respond to public health emergencies:(1)First,use the improved Apriori algorithm to mine the association rules of risk factors,and obtain the key nodes and weights of the risk factors of hospital events.(2)Reuse the obtained frequent item sets to build a complex network of risk factors for hospital-sensed events,obtain key risk factors and risk chains of different hospital-sensed event types,and clarify the key points of the hospital’s resilience to respond to public health emergencies.Finally,three representative hospitals in Wuhan are selected as cases.The TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the resilience of the case hospitals to public health emergencies.It is proposed to reduce the occurrence of hospital sensations and strengthen the hospital’s response to public health emergencies.Effective recommendations for resilience. |
