Research On The Healing Effect Of The Skycourt In High-rise Office Buildings

High density layout is the basic form of the central city in China.There are a lot of high-rise office buildings in CBD area of the central city.The urban white-collar workers in these office buildings are generally faced with great pressure.The psychological pressure of high-intensity work and the physiological pressure of long-time desk work make most urban white-collar workers in a "sub-health" state,and even threatened by physical and psychological diseases.Healing refers to "the ability to relieve stress,comfort the environment and restore a person’s mental and emotional health",rather than emphasizing the ability to treat diseases.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the healing environment of office buildings.As a new urban design vocabulary,skycourt is used in high-rise buildings,especially in office buildings.Its role in relieving physiological and psychological pressure has been preliminarily confirmed,but the current research mostly focuses on the related single factor research.There are few studies on the constraints of reality,which has some limitations on the practical reference.This paper focuses on the actual cases in the Pearl River Delta region to explore the therapeutic effect of skycourt.For the purpose of the research,this paper first investigates and sorts out the actual cases of the skycourt,and summarizes the space form of the hollow courtyard in the current high-rise office buildings at home and abroad,so as to provide practical basis for the follow-up experimental model.Through field research and literature research,the spatial form,spatial interface and sky visibility are determined as the variables of the experiment.With the help of virtual reality technology,classical emotion evaluation scale and real-time physiological detection equipment,the design experiment was constructed to explore the healing effect of space form,space interface and sky visibility of skycourt on white-collar health.According to the results of the experiment,on the descriptive analysis level,the fluctuation of physiological indexes of the experimental group with skycourt was more stable than that of the control group without skycourt,and the score of the corresponding emotional scale was lower than that of the control group.At the level of statistical analysis,SPSS software was used to analyze the physiological and psychological experimental data to explore the healing benefits of skycourt and the influence of various factors on the healing benefits.The results show that:(1)The specific skycourt has the function of visual healing effect.In the case of invisible sky,joining the skycourt is an effective means of healing.(2)As a healing landscape resource,the therapeutic effect of sky in office environment is not significant.But in the case of superimposing the skycourt,its healing effect is significant and has a strengthening effect.(3)The space form and space interface have no significant influence on the healing effect of the air courtyard in the case of independence,but the specific combination has an influence.(4)It is necessary to consider the privacy protection design for the skycourt with large space scale.The research on the healing effect of the skycourt in high-rise office buildings not only promotes the development of healthy buildings,but also provides strategic guidance for the design of high-rise office buildings.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some design suggestions based on the healing angle for high-rise office buildings and their skycourts.
