Research On The Strategies Of External Healing Environment For Inpatient Department Building In High-density District

As the rapid economic growth of the city brings economic growth,it will inevitably bring about a series of social problems such as the rapid increase of urban population,the shrinking of land use and environmental damage.A carding analysis of the current Shenzhen Hospital found that the area of bed space in Shenzhen General Hospital was far below the national normative reference value,and the overall hospital land was extremely tight.The internal and external space of the hospital building is insufficient,and the quality of the space environment is not good.Based on evidence-based medicine and environmental psychology,the theoretical research of "Evidence-Based Design" uses scientific research methods and objective statistical data to confirm the positive effects of external space environment on patient health.At the same time,with the increasing demand for medical treatment and the improvement of the medical system,hospitals are paying more and more attention to patients’ medical experience.The modern hospital building is not only a place to "treat" a patient’s physical disease,but also a space to heal the patient’s psychology.Improving the quality of the hospital’s external space has an important impact on the physical and mental recovery of patients.Shenzhen is a typical representative of high-density cities,and the situation of tight medical construction land and insufficient external space is very serious.In this trend,the design of general hospital buildings needs to pay close attention to the needs of the times,strengthen the quality and connotation of the internal and external space environment,and give full play to the healing performance of the external space environment of the hospital.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development and historical evolution of the external space of the hospital inpatient department.The development of medical concepts and hospital models has brought great changes to the hospital’s architectural design concepts and architectural forms.As a result,the external space of the hospital building has diversified characteristics in terms of space requirements and usage patterns.It is not only a good space for viewing landscapes,but also a healing place that supports people’s physical rehabilitation and mental health.By introducing the space environment design concept of "healing environment",the user’s needs are coupled with the space environment,and the core connotations of the physical safety,psychological rehabilitation and social interaction of the external space healing environment are summarized.Based on this,a field survey of the external environment of the highdensity urban general hospitals in Shenzhen was conducted,and 3 representative general hospitals were selected to analyze the user’s spatial cognition and external space components,and summarized the impacts on general hospital admissions.The key influencing factors of the external space environment of the Ministry.Based on the related theoretical research and analysis of the survey results,the design principles of demand-oriented,patient accessibility,and activity safety of the external space design of the inpatient department of general hospitals are proposed.Under the guidance of design principles,a design strategy for the external healing environment of the inpatient department is proposed from three aspects: site organization,space and site elements.Taking the roof garden design of Shenzhen Dapeng Hospital as an example,the application of the design strategy of healing environment is expounded.Finally,the main contents of the research in this article are summarized,the limitations and deficiencies in the existing research are proposed,and the future research is prospected,so as to provide a certain reference and future research for the external space healing environment of the hospital.Learn from.
