Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous expansion of my country’s population,the continuous deepening of medical reforms,and the accelerated deployment of grassroots epidemic prevention and control,community health service centers(hereinafter referred to as social health centers)have been empowered by national policies,and their service volume and construction volume have continued to expand,Usher in an unprecedented wave of construction.But at the same time,my country’s urbanization process continues to advance,and the urban density is gradually increasing.Some cities have shown obvious characteristics of high-density cities.The social health center in a high-density urban environment is facing a severe development situation: on the one hand,the social health center is facing a dense and complex urban environment,and the shortage of housing is more prominent,which hinders the development of the social health center.On the other hand,the importance of the design of the social health center has not received the attention it deserves,but has been concealed by the influence of the general hospital and its relatively small volume characteristics,presenting an extensive design state,and further derived housing The small area,poor environmental quality,and low patient satisfaction have caused obvious troubles to the social health center.Therefore,explore the impact of the high-density urban environment on the social health center,find the existing core problems and main contradictions of the social health center in the high-density urban environment,and further propose a targeted design strategy for the social health center that is under construction.Guidance with practical significance is an urgent problem to be solved in the design and research of the social health center in a high-density urban environment.First of all,from a relatively macro perspective,the development context and operating mechanism of the social health center are sorted out,and on this basis,the future goals of the development of the social health center are explained.From the perspectives of space,positioning,and population,summarize the impact and changes of the highdensity urban environment on the social health center in the process of developing new goals.Secondly,27 social health centers in Chongqing,Shenzhen,and Wuhan were selected to analyze the current status and satisfaction of the social health centers by means of field surveys,questionnaire surveys,and on-site interviews.Summarize the three existing core issues and the main "supply and demand contradiction",and discuss the corresponding optimization route and design goals.Then,on the basis of the previous research,combined with the survey data and case studies,the design strategy for the demand side optimization of the social health center’s housing is proposed from the three aspects of hierarchical configuration,composite design and emergency design,to help the social health center to rationally configure functions,Pursue new goals reasonablyFinally,from the three aspects of incremental optimization,flexible expansion and efficiency improvement,a design strategy for supply-side optimization of the social health center is proposed to tap the space potential of the social health center and make full use of the limited space in order to better and more efficiently adapt to high density.city environment.This article hopes that through the study of social health centers in high-density urban environments,it can provide a certain reference for the construction of primary medical service institutions in high-density urban environments in the future,and help them truly play the role of "gatekeeper" of national health.
