| With the rapid development of new energy sources and the gradual crowding out of the space for power generation from conventional energy sources,this has brought great challenges to the power grid companies,that needs to be studied by the grid companies.This subject aims to provide H Power Company with new ideas and new strategies for new energy power management and apply them in practice.In this paper,H Power Company as a specific research object,first of all,a review of domestic and foreign research literature,research on theoretical contributions to h power company province new energy power management inspiration.By using the method of cross-scientific thinking,through the comparison and qualitative analysis,and combining the basic situation,organizational structure,the scale of the power grid and the development of new energy power in h province,by analyzing the current situation and internal and external environment of new energy power management in the province under the background of Energy Structure Adjustment of h power company,the paper explains the problems and causes of h power company,such as the decrease of business carrying capacity,the decrease of management quality,the hidden danger of the new energy station running into the network,the serious phenomenon of the power nest and the waste of the new energy resources.The author,through the combination of his previous theories and the actual situation of his unit,this paper puts forward four specific strategies for h power company to perfect its organizational structure,improve its existing management information system,perfect its new energy station management system and optimize its regional power network operation mode,on the basis of this strategy,four relevant measures are put forward,namely,human resources,regulation and management technology,operation regulations of new energy stations,trading mechanism of electricity market,new energy power generation carrying infrastructure and delivery channels. |
