Comparison And Evaluation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Between China And Japan Electric Power Corporation Based On J Electric Power Company And Tokyo Electric Power Company

As a public service enterprise,J Power Company is mainly engaged in the business of power supply,power grid construction and operation.It is a power company dedicated to serving the economic and social development of J Province.As a large power group integrating power generation,transmission and distribution,Tokyo Electric Power Company is also the world’s largest private power company and private nuclear power supplier.The two have the same size,as well as their main business basically consistent.Meanwhile,the asset scale,customer scale and operation management are highly matched.It is a representative model of Chinese and Japanese power companies,with typicality and universality.This article mainly takes J Power Company and Tokyo Electric Power as examples.It starts with the practical application of social responsibility in enterprises,compares the social responsibility management of Chinese and Japanese power companies,objectively analyzes the status and characteristics of social responsibility of power companies,and proposes a study of corporate social responsibility.New ideas and methods.Through the evaluation and research on the social responsibilities of power companies in China and Japan,it is proposed to improve the optimization of social responsibility management under the current new development concepts,power system reform,and state-owned enterprise strategic adjustments,and better serve the representatives represented by J Power Sustainable development of power companies.This paper provides a useful reference for the improvement and improvement of social responsibility management of power companies through the research on the construction,introduction and operation of social responsibility management by J Electric Power Company and Tokyo Electric Power in Japan.First,the concept definition and development of corporate social responsibility,the theoretical system of corporate social responsibility,and the characteristics and connotation of corporate social responsibility between China and Japan are analyzed.Then take J Power Company and Tokyo Electric Power Company as examples to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages and problems of social responsibility management of the two.Afterwards,based on the above comparative analysis,it proposes improvement countermeasures,expounds the optimization and improvement methods of social responsibility management of power companies,and finally draws conclusions and looks forward to its value to modern power companies’ social responsibility management.
