| Since entering the new century,China has gradually promoted the reformation of the electric power system.The distribution and sale system,which has been monopolized by power grid companies,has been broken.And new market competitors will continue to emerge.The positioning of power grid enterprises will change.At the same time,the interaction between energy and environment is gradually coming into public view.Clean,high-quality and efficient energy will gradually become the primary choice of end users in energy consumption.As the most widely applicable and clean secondary energy,people’s demand for electric energy will become more and more diverse.It puts forward new and higher requirements to power grid enterprises in power supply guarantee,power supply service and environmental protection.As a result of that,power grid enterprises desperately needs a platform advantage for a strategy breakthrough.Absorbing multiple advantages to obtain value innovation will help power grid enterprises to reorganize resources and enhance competitiveness.As a large state-owned enterprise serving the development of Shandong electric power industry,SD Electric Power Company is responsible for the supply of power demand and ensuring energy security in Shandong province.In recent years,with the continuous economic and social progress of Shandong province,SD Electric Power Company has also made outstanding achievements in operation and management.At present,although the strategic system of SD Electric Power company has been basically formed,there is still a lack of practical foothold,and there are still some problems in the power grid structure,strategy implementation and other aspects,resulting in the negative impact on the company’s development to some extent.So,it is of great significance to SD Electric Power Company that how to study and explore the development strategy of enhancing the core competitiveness of an enterprise based on its current situation and the internal and external environment the company is facing.Meanwhile,it has certain reference significance for other provincial power grid enterprises.This paper takes SD Electric Power Company as the research object.Firstly,it discuss the background of research,the meaning of topic selection and the main research content and the method.Secondly,it analyzes the development of the applied strategic management theory.With this as the theoretical guidance,PEST analysis method is adopted to analyze the external environment of SD Electric Power Company.And SWOT analysis method is used to objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of SD Electric Power Company.By matching the characteristics of the internal and external environment,this paper summarizes the SWOT evaluation of the enterprise.Then,through further contrast and analysis,it is determined that the company should adopt the strategy of expansion strategy(SO strategy)and implement the forward integration strategy with the promotion of electric energy substitution as the core.SD Electric Power Company On the basis of summarizing the development of electric energy substitution at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems that SD Electric Power Company faces in promoting electric energy substitution strategy.At last,this paper puts forward lots of measures to implement the strategy effectively.On the basis of promoting the construction of grid vigorously,we should deepen the reform and innovation of enterprises,optimize the service and construct the brand.In this way,provide better service for the economic development and social livelihood of Shandong province. |
