| Since the programme of action for "made in China 2025" was put forward in 2015,China’s industry has had a new development in the field of automation.Driven by the large market environment,the field of intelligent assembly,labor-saving transfer and non-standard production equipment manufacturing has received special attention from the market.YQ company has become a leading enterprise in the industry field by virtue of its 20-year technical strength in the industry and the development of the times.Its main product,power manipulator,has also won a very good reputation in the industry.Assistant manipulator is a kind of power assist equipment used for material handling and workpiece installation,which is a non-standard customized product,and generally realizes product delivery in the form of project.During the implementation of the power manipulator project,due to the complex implementation environment,a large number of stakeholders,long implementation cycle,and variable implementation process,the project implementation risk is large.At the same time,the payment method of the power manipulator project is mostly phased payment,and even some strong customers’ orders have no down payment,but only the first payment after the acceptance is qualified,which requires the project to do a good job in risk management,promote the delivery as soon as possible and smooth acceptance,so as to receive the payment as soon as possible and form a good cash flow.This paper takes YQ company’s assistant manipulator project as the research content,summarizes and analyzes its organizational structure,project management process and project management mode,combining with the act ual situation of the company and the relevant characteristics of the assistant manipulator project,and from the perspective of risk identification,evaluation,response and monitoring,puts forward improvement measures for its project risk management mode which is more suitable for YQ company’ s business environment.In addition,this study also puts forward more effective safeguard measures from the system,which are mainly reflected in: establishing and perfecting risk management system,strengthening the training of project risk management awareness and management methods,establishing balanced matrix management mode,and establishing The project risk response special fund and other aspects of the safeguard measures,hope that these improvement programs and safeguard measures can solve the risk management problems of YQ company’s assistance manipulator project at present,and provide assistance for the sustainable development of YQ company’s assistance manipulator project. |
