Research On The Planning Strategy Of Underground Space In The Central District Of Xinjiekou,Nanjing

The development and utilization of underground space is one of the important ways to solve the shortage of urban land,traffic jam and environmental deterioration.In the past,the development and utilization of urban underground space in China was mainly used in the construction of underground civil air defense projects,with low construction standards and poor combination with urban construction.With the transformation of the mode of economic development in our country,the implementation of the development strategy such as intensive urban development and revitalizing the stock of land,especially with the rapid development of urban subway in China,the development and utilization of underground space has entered a new stage of development.The urban center land resource is precious,is the city passenger flow,the vehicle flow most concentrated area,therefore the underground space development and utilization demand is high,the potential is huge.Nanjing Xinjiakou District has been Nanjingundefineds commercial and trade center since the implementation of the plan of the Republic of China Capital,with a daily peak passenger flow of 1.5 million people.Since the first rail transit line No.1 in Nanjing in 2005 and the second line No.2 in 2010,the underground space of Xinjiakou has been continuously planned and integrated based on the rail transit station,which has promoted the interconnection of the four directions in the central district.Greatly improved the environment of the central area,but there are still many problems,how to further excavate and systematically integrate the underground space resources,improve the function and quality of the central area,is the focus of this study.On the basis of existing theories and case studies,this paper analyzes the current situation of Nanjing Xinjiakou,and studies its development orientation and the general idea of underground space development and utilization.The planning strategy,the protection of legal policy and the suggestions of planning and implementation of the upgrading of underground space in Xinjiakou Center are discussed.The paper is com-posed of six parts: the introduction mainly describes the background of the topic,analyzes the purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward the research methods and content framework.The second part studies the basic theory,studies the development of underground space in the central district of China and abroad,and summarizes the main influencing factors of the development and utilization of the underground space in the central area.The third part is a survey of the underground space in the central district of Xinjiakou,Nanjing.The paper investigates the status of ground and underground construction,function composition,traffic organization and environmental quality.This paper summarizes the current problems of traffic connection,function and environment in Xinjie pass.The fourth part,aiming at the problems and objectives,systematically studies the general ideas and planning principles of the development and utilization of underground space in Xinjiekou.In the fifth part,the spatial integration strategy of underground space interconnection in Xinjiekou is put forward,including the multi-functional development strategy,the environment promotion strategy with temperature and characteristics,the planning implementation mechanism and the policy guarantee strategy.The sixth part is the summary of the research content and the deepening prospect of the thesis.
