Reseaech Of The Planning And Design Of Underground Space In Urban Center District

With the rapid development of human civilization,the problems of population expansion,shortage of resources,environmental pollution,environmental degradation and so on began to threaten the survival of humanity.In the urban development,the model performances of survival crisis are the tendency that the city space expands infinitely and the city land resource dwindles increasingly along with a series of contradictions initiates from this.In order to resolve the contradictions,the city starts the three-dimensional development,the underground space becomes the latent and rich natural resource.At present,the doctrine and practice of the underground space in our country is still in it’s primary stage,it’s development has already achieved the stage which needs to have the plan,in steps,systemic development of underground space.Therefore,the paper takes Hefei central urban for the example.Firstly,researches on the domestic and foreign present situation in the exploitation and utilization of the underground space,as well as the correlation theories.Secondly,through comprehensive,plentiful,in-depth investigation,introduces the present situation in the exploitation and utilization of the underground space in Hefei central urban.From this,summarizes the questions which exist at present.Thirdly,I analyze the factors which affect the explo itation and utilization of the underground space in Hefei central urban,including the economy,the geological environment,the project technology,the policy system and the law factors and so on.Finally,according to above analysis and the findings,with the present situation,frames the strategies about the exploitation and utilization of the underground space in Hefei central urban in detail.Hope that this research can make contribution for urban construction in Hefei central urban.
