Research On The Spatial Pattern And Optimization Strategy Of Shenyang’s Central Urban Area From The Perspective Of Industry-city Integration

With the acceleration of urbanization,urban industrial functions have grown rapidly,and the construction of development zones has increased sharply.Urban expansion uses land development as the main development method.The development intensity is too high.Urban development is extensive,focusing on manufacturing,neglecting services,and producing and living functions.There is spatial isolation.The fourteen five-year plans proposed in 2021 mention new development opportunities in terms of "industry-city integration",adhere to "industry-city integration",improve the functions of suburban new towns,and realize multi-center and group development.Urban development should start from the development model of "industry-city integration",cut into the spatial pattern of industry and city,discuss the urban spatial pattern and contradictions between industry and urban development,and propose development strategies.In related research fields,there are few studies on the central city as the research object.Therefore,considering the particularity of the relationship between industry and city,the central city of Shenyang is used as the research object to analyze and quantify the status quo of the "integration of industry and city".In response to the unique situation of Shenyang,development countermeasures are put forward,and an important supplement to the research on the "industry-city integration" in the central city area.First,analyze the concept of "industry-city integration",related theories and cases,conduct in-depth research on the development process of "industry-city integration",summarize the development characteristics of "industry-city integration",and refine the analysis framework for the development of industry and city integration in this article: cities and cities The integration of industrial functions;the balance of residential and employment spaces;the improvement of the public transportation system to build an analysis system of "industry-city integration".Secondly,according to the analysis framework of "industry-city integration",the status quo is studied separately,starting from the four aspects of urban function,occupation and housing development,transportation status and the exploration of "industry-city integration",to explore the current industry-city development issues facing Shenyang.Under the analysis framework,quantitative analysis is carried out from three aspects: functional integration measurement,occupation-housing balance measurement,and traffic accessibility measurement to explore the level of industry-city integration and spatial pattern characteristics in the central urban area.Shenyang’s central urban area presents a spatial pattern of "one principal and five assistants";agglomeration and decentralization coexist,with uncoordinated functional development;multi-center employment-oriented,unbalanced job-residential matching;differentiated transportation network,imperfect transportation facilities.Finally,according to the spatial development characteristics of Shenyang ’ s central urban area,the spatial structure is reorganized,and on this basis,a multi-level spatial development strategy is proposed,and a three-level development system of "central urban area-industrial cluster-industrial function zone" is constructed,from the integration of urban functions to development and residential development.The three aspects of balanced development with employment and TOD-oriented spatial integration put forward Shenyang urban development countermeasures.Through the research on the spatial pattern of Shenyang’s industry and city,it has the ability to broaden the theoretical connotation of "industry-city integration",supplement the research of "industry-city integration" within the spatial scope of the central urban area,break through the limitations of unavailable data,and make up for the lack of quantitative research.Important theoretical significance.For the development of Shenyang,it is of practical significance to solve urban development problems,promote high-quality urban development,explore new paths for the parallel development of cities and industries,and efficiently promote new urbanization.Research on urban spatial development from the perspective of "industry-city integration",to provide reference and reference for solving the problems of Shenyang’s industrial and urban integration development,industrial park planning and construction.
