Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,in the context of global competition,scientific and technological innovation has become the main way for countries to compete in their comprehensive national strength.University science parks,as the combination point of scientific research innovation,talent and market,are important platforms to promote science and technology,economy and education,and their construction and development have been attached great importance to the country.However,the current research on the architectural planning level of university science parks is not in-depth enough,and the special research on its innovation space is even less.A good innovation space environment can,in turn,guide and re-model people’s behavior,and create an innovative cultural atmosphere.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct systematic and targeted research on the innovation space of university science parks.Based on the above background,the author selects representative university science parks with good construction conditions in Guangzhou for field investigation and interview.Based on the theory and technology of the post-occupancy evaluation of the built environment,this paper,starting from the psychological needs and behavior habits of users,conducts a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the built environment of the innovation space in the University Science Park,finds out the problems existing in its design and construction,and deeply analyzes the reasons behind them.Finally,based on the results of post-occupancy evaluation,the corresponding design patterns,design suggestions and spatial design optimization strategies are summarized.According to the structure of the paper,the post-occupancy evaluation and design strategy of innovation space in Guangzhou University Science Park mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the establishment of research framework.On the one hand,this paper discusses the research background,relevant literature at home and abroad,and the definition of relevant concepts,and makes clear the purpose,significance and framework of this research.On the other hand,the pilot research is carried out on the evaluation object and the evaluation subject.The two aspects are combined to establish a complete evaluation system.The second part is the satisfaction evaluation.It focuses on understanding users’ overall cognition of the innovative space environment.This part examines users’ explicit and implicit demands for innovation space in university science parks from six aspects: innovation space atmosphere,R&D Workspace,formal communication space,indoor informal communication space,non-indoor informal communication space,and landscape space.The third part is The focus evaluation.It focuses on understanding users’ subjective tendencies towards the main innovation space.This part examines users’ subjective tendency towards working space and communication space from four aspects: space attitude,current situation of use,aesthetic taste and facilities.The fourth part is a summary of design patterns and optimization strategies.According to the above research results,the design mode and design suggestions of innovation space in Guangzhou University Science Park are put forward,and the design optimization strategies of R&D office space,experimental work space,communication space and landscape space are summarized.
