Science and technology innovation ability is an important part of national competitiveness.To promote regional economic development,both developed and developing countries take Science and Technology Innovation Park as a broad platform to develop science and technology industry.In recent years,with the support of national policies,China's science and technology park has ushered in a wave of development and construction,which has been increasingly valued by society.At present,China's science and technology innovation industry has entered the stage of comprehensively deepening development,so the science and technology innovation park is also facing new changes.Today,science and technology Innovation Park has become a complex type which is closely combined with production,R & D and promotion to provide integrated services.However,in China,there is no design standard for the type of buildings in science and technology Innovation Park.The lack of theories restricts the development of science and technology innovation industry.And there is a certain degree of blindness in the construction,which needs to be resolved urgently.On the one hand,there are many types of industries and a large number of enterprises in the park;on the other hand,with the integrated development of the park,the enterprises in the park will complete the entire development process.Therefore,adaptability will be an important feature to improve the attraction and cultivation ability of science and technology Innovation Park.Under the above background,Firstly,this paper conducts a pilot research through field research and reading relevant literature,which included a systematic analysis of the development process,typical cases,design status of the science and Technology Innovation Park(research subject),as well as the basic characteristics of the enterprises settled in the science and technology innovation park and the employees(research objects)of the science and technology innovation enterprise,so as to obtain the current situation and problems of the construction of the science and Technology Innovation Park.In this way,the goal of adaptive design is put forward,which lays a foundation for the research in the following chapters.Post-occupancy Evaluation(POE)focuses on the use of buildings and the needs of users,and can provide valuable feedback for design through post-use evaluation research.Based on the content and methods of post-use evaluation,this paper conducts the adaptive design research on the planning and architectural design of the Science and Technology Park:In terms of planning research,through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluationindex system for science and technology parks,the factors that are more important to the park's planning are clarified.And then the subjective and objective post-use evaluation methods and qualitative and quantitative parallel technical means are used to carry out important physical factors in the park Research.Combined with the pilot survey,the paper proposed the adaptive design principles and adaptive design points of the park planning.In terms of building,according to the relevant research results of the use mode evaluation and use tendency evaluation of the building space,the adaptive design principles of the park buildings are proposed.And this paper summarizes a set of adaptive design suggestions for the R & D buildings,unit buildings and supporting buildings from three aspects of function,form and traffic.Finally,combined with the above research,this paper puts forward the adaptive design strategy of science and Innovation Park from three aspects of function,space and behavior.In addition,it analyse the design practice of relevant science and technology innovation parks,to verify the research result.
