The Sustainable Strategy Study Of Guangzhou City Center Area Based On The Post Occupancy Evaluation

The north segment of Guangzhou new axis,whos general construction targets are “the Asia Game’s city of 2010、 ecological city、 livable city”, are cultural features and international style features of Guangzhou.”HuaCheng square-HaiXinSha not only as space where the 16 th the Asia Game held to in 2010,but also as important place where public activities take place, while also has became “Guangzhou city ’s living room”.Among them, as the largest city square in Guangzhou, HuaCheng plaza shows the charm of the best city stage and HaiXinSha hosts the opening ceremony of the Asian Games venue capacity,then became the Centre of attention from 2010. However, after the Asian Games the Guangzhou city center area is not very good in development,the problems such as negative space, depressive business, and Haixinsha also had discussion between charges and business development, various problems reveals Guangzhou city center area’s difficulties after 2010.The aim of building sustainable and liveable urban environment has become the inevitable trend now days. After the Asia Game,how can we do perspective analysis research and solve problems in suspectable way, using resource of Guangzhou city center area such as shipped stands, underground space, public square, and public green, improved the Haixinsha status, making it economic. Those above are very meaningful exploration and research to Guangzhou city center area.In this regard, the article use POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) method, do research on the basis of information collected on Guangzhou city center area- "HuaCheng Plaza-Hai Xin Sha area". On the basis of people-oriented, summary of existing problems, explore the causes of conflicts, sustainable development strategies and methods of urban design for Guangzhou urban core node transformation are discussed.
