As the pillar industry of China’s national economic development,the electric power industry is also growing rapidly under the rapid growth of China’s economy.With the comprehensive promotion of electric power reform and the further deepening of "delegate power and optimize service",the electric power industry will also face new opportunities and challenges.Distribution network,as the end of power supply system,directly affects the quality of power supply.The in-depth study of distribution network engineering management has a certain practical significance for improving the power supply quality of power users and enhancing the market competitiveness of power enterprises.In the face of the increasing demand for electricity in society,power users’requirements for power supply quality are gradually improving,and power enterprises need to further improve the management level of distribution network overhaul and technical renovation project.This thesis takes B power supply company as the research object,and combined with my working experience in the management of distribution network overhaul technical renovation project in B power supply company in recent years,studies and analyzes the practical problems in the schedule management of distribution network overhaul technical renovation project of B power supply company.Firstly,it introduces the related concepts of distribution network,overhaul project and technical renovation project,expounds the current situation of distribution network overhaul technical renovation project management at home and abroad,and analyzes the current situation and key difficulties of distribution network overhaul technical renovation project management of B Power Supply Company.Then on this basis,it analyzes and finds out the problems existing in the process of schedule management of distribution network overhaul technology renovation project of B power supply company,such as long time of material supply and delivery,strict arrangement of power outage plan,low number of households,tight acceptance time of project completion,difficulty of cooperation among various departments,etc.Finally,causality analysis is used to explore the reasons for these problems,and on this basis,suggestions and improvement measures are put forward to improve the schedule management process of distribution network overhaul technology renovation project,strengthen the linkage between functional departments,refine the related engineering assessment indicators,and optimize the assessment index management system.It is an important way for the development of electric power economy to perfect the schedule management system of technical overhaul project of power distribution network and improve the schedule management level of technical overhaul project of power distribution network in electric power enterprises.The research results of this thesis have certain practical guiding significance for improving the schedule management level of technical overhaul project of distribution network of B Power Supply Company,and also provide reference for the schedule management of technical overhaul project of distribution network of other related power enterprises.
