| Since the 21st century,the rapid development of the world economy has caused many traditional industries to face the transformation of industrial structure.As one of the giants of traditional industries,the port industry cannot be spared.As the core function of urban transportation,the old port area has been weakened,and many port industries and port-adjacent industries are also facing relocation or being replaced by other emerging industries.The position of ports in urban planning is gradually declining.Problems such as environmental pollution,old warehouses and aging equipment caused by the decay of the old port area also need to be solved urgently.The port industrial heritage witnesses the development of the port city and has important value and importance for the continuation of the city’s industrial civilization and the inheritance of the port city’s memory.In recent years,developed countries in Europe and the United States have taken the lead in repairing and transforming the old port area,including the old port area in the planning of the urbanization process,and have advanced practical experience in the protection and reuse of port industrial heritage.Through rational planning and utilization of port industrial heritage,we will adjust the contradiction between port and city,build rational relationship between port and city,and inject new vitality into the modernization of city.At present,the contradiction between Qingdao city and port is serious.The outdated equipment and decaying wharf in the old port area cannot meet the needs of Qingdao city construction and economic development.In addition,the value of port industrial heritage is not well understood in China.In order to promote the sustainable development of Qingdao city,this paper is based on this,and explores how to establish a port city relationship suitable for Qingdao’s development on the basis of the protection and reuse of port industrial heritage in Dagang area.First of all,through the comparison of relevant research cases at home and abroad,the unified and opposite relationship between port and city is explored,It summarizes relevant laws regarding the protection and reuse of port industrial heritage.Based on this,the historical background of Qingdao Port development and the evolution of the relationship between Qingdao Port and the city were organized,and the important role of the port in the construction of Qingdao City was confirmed.Secondly,By investigating the current state of port industrial heritage,clarifying the historical,economic,social,artistic,scientific and cultural values of Oe port industrial heritage,and combining related policies and benefits,the port industrial heritage Analyze how to protect and reuse.The above analysis and research summarizes the principles suitable for the protection and reuse of port industrial heritage in the Qingdao Great Port area,and the corresponding protection and reuse mode is proposed.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted methods to build a scientific and reasonable port-city relationship in Qingdao,and provides new ideas for the establishment of port-city relationship in Qingdao and related areas as well as the protection and reuse of port industrial heritage. |
