Research On The Construction Management Of Rural Highway In Zhanjiang City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As an agricultural country in our country,China has always attached great importance to the "three rural" issues,and put forward higher requirements for rural development from the material level,spiritual and cultural level,living environment and other aspects.Combined with the national conditions of the development of Chinese characteristics to carry out rural revitalization,the construction of a more perfect rural road is an important basis to promote the development of rural economy and improve the rural living environment.High-quality rural infrastructure construction should be based on rural roads,combining local advantages and local characteristics to provide impetus for rural revitalization.As a large agricultural city,Zhanjiang attaches great importance to the construction of rural infrastructure and the coordinated development of rural regions.As an important component of rural infrastructure,rural roads have reached a certain scale.However,Zhanjiang’s rural road construction and daily management still have shortcomings,which also restricts the rural revitalization and development.Therefore,Zhanjiang City needs to accelerate the pace of rural revitalization strategy implementation,should solve the problem of rural road construction management in Zhanjiang City,and further consolidate and improve the transportation infrastructure in rural areas of Zhanjiang City,which is of great significance to promote the rural revitalization and development of Zhanjiang City.By means of literature research,case studies,and comparative analysis,,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural road construction management in Zhanjiang City under the background of rural revitalization.It is found that the development of rural roads in Zhanjiang City has been improved to some extent in recent years.But the quality of zhanjiang rural highway planning,and custody remains to be promoted,such as rural highways weakening technology level is low value,the lack of rural highway construction planning prospective effect of rural highway network construction,personnel at the grass-roots level and relatively weak technical force,the low degree of specialization of rural road maintenance,zhanjiang differences lead to the construction of rural highway construction funds supply level imbalance problems.The advanced experience of rural road construction management in some areas of Zhejiang Province and Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City is used for reference.According to the specific situation of Zhanjiang City,the paper puts forward measures such as accelerate the upgrading of county and township roads to realize the value of roads,coordinate and continuously optimize road network planning,deepen the reform of rural road management and maintenance system to enhance the quality of talents and professional level,actively broaden the channels of fund raising to ensure the balanced development of rural roads,and strengthen the construction and management of rural roads to boost rural revitalization and development,and puts forward specific optimization suggestions for further improving the management of rural road construction.This study not only provides a new perspective and thinking for the management of rural road construction in Zhanjiang City,but also enriches the theory and practice of rural revitalization.Around the actual situation of zhanjiang rural highway construction management with the aim of rural revitalization of thinking and analysis,aiming at the problems of zhanjiang rural highway construction management is put forward to accelerate the way file upgrade work,county and to coordinate,continuous optimization of road network planning,deepen the reform of the rural highway maintenance management system,actively expand financing channels of countermeasure and the suggestion,believe that through the implementation of the above countermeasure and the suggestion,zhanjiang zhanjiang rural highway construction management problems can be solved effectively,to promote the development of zhanjiang rural revitalization.
