Research On The Design Of Suining Rural Centralized Residential District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" proposed in January 2018 is an important directive for another stage in the process of rural development.The strategy proposes strategic development goals and objectives from five aspects: industry,ecology,culture,organization,and talents.Requirements,and rural concentrated housing is a key part of this.At present,the construction of concentrated rural residential areas in the country and regions has entered a state of invigorating progress,and there are bound to be results and problems.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,it is of great practical significance to study the construction of rural concentrated residential areas.There are still problems in the construction of rural concentrated residential areas,and the requirements of the strategy have not been met.Therefore,how to design rural concentrated residential areas under the background of rural revitalization strategy has become a problem to be solved in the design research of this article.First of all,the author summarizes the development history of concentrated residence in rural areas,combing the development history of concentrated residence to determine that concentrated residence of farmers is a practical and historical choice.After that,the relationship between the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of rural concentrated residential areas was sorted out,and the specific requirements for the construction of rural concentrated residential areas under the policy background were put forward.Take this as the general outline for a gradual in-depth study.Secondly,by analyzing the influencing factors of the concentrated residential area and summarizing its construction mode,it will be used as an entry point to investigate the current situation of the rural concentrated residential area in Suining.Understand the village and town layout planning adjustments and the construction and distribution of concentrated residential areas proposed by Suining County in accordance with the policies.Through data,field visits,observations,surveying and mapping,questionnaires and other methods to investigate and analyze the effectiveness and deficiencies of the construction of concentrated residential areas under the rural revitalization strategy.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems and summarizes the development space of ecological livability and cultural region that can be carried out on the basis of this major,and proposes improvement suggestions from the four levels of housing,public facilities,roads,and landscape.I hope to provide reference opinions for the construction,development and research of concentrated rural residential areas in the future.
