Research On Construction Risk Management Of HG Community Construction Project

The 2021 government work report once again emphasized that "housing should not be speculated",and ensuring the housing needs of the people has become a prominent problem that needs to be resolved in the current housing market.However,to ensure housing demand,first of all,we must ensure the smooth completion of the construction of residential quarters,which requires the construction unit to do a good job of risk management during the construction process.At present,the country’s construction industry still has many shortcomings in engineering project management.The risk management of construction projects is not perfect.The main manifestation is that management methods,ideas and means cannot develop in a coordinated manner under market economic conditions.Therefore,construction projects exist.There is a great risk.Therefore,we must strengthen risk management,so that the quality of construction projects can be guaranteed,in order to obtain higher economic benefits,so that the country’s construction enterprises can have certain advantages in the fierce international competition.This thesis first determined the research content of HG residential construction project construction through the research of foreign and domestic related risk management theories and related current situation,and then selected risk identification,assessment,and response methods based on the related theories of risk management.After introducing the general situation and risk management status of HG community construction project,this paper identifies the risk of HG community construction project through expert investigation method,and finally determines 17 specific risk factors under the four types of risks of construction progress,quality,cost and safety through multiple feedback.Then,on the basis of risk identification,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the risk weights,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the different risks in the construction phase of the HG community construction project.The construction risk of the HG community construction project is general Level conclusion.Finally,corresponding risk response strategies and management safeguard measures are proposed for the identified risks.Through the research of this article,we hope to reduce the occurrence of various risks during the construction of the HG community,and make a certain contribution to the smooth completion of the construction of the HG community.
