| In the process of digital reform, the construction of smart communities has been in full swing. As an important part of the construction of smart communities, the intelligent transformation of traditional communities has received extensive attention from governments at all levels.Provinces and cities across the country are actively promoting the pilot construction of intelligent transformation of traditional communities in combination with regional development characteristics. At present,my country has made certain achievements in the application of intelligent technology and the intelligent management of communities, but from the perspective of user needs, there is relatively little attention to how to use intelligent means to improve the space environment. Therefore, how to further improve the spatial quality of traditional communities is particularly urgent. This research takes user needs as the starting point and explores new ideas for the intelligent transformation and renewal of public spaces in traditional communities.First of all,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the public space in the traditional community under the intelligent transformation through field research.Second, using observation and interview methods to collect 22 typical user behaviors in the public space of traditional communities, and based on the theory of user needs, realized the conversion between user behaviors and user needs.Third, based on the Kano model to complete the questionnaire survey and the identification of user needs, the importance ranking of user needs is obtained through the importance calculation formula, thereby establishing a user demand hierarchy model for the intelligent transformation of traditional community public spaces.Fourth, based on the hierarchy of needs model,a design strategy for the intelligent transformation of public spaces in traditional communities is proposed in order to provide theoretical and strategic support for design practice.Fifth, taking Haier Dongcheng International Community as an example, the design practice of the intelligent transformation of public spaces in traditional communities provides a reference for design activities in related fields. This research introduces the theory of user needs into the smart renovation design of traditional community public spaces, aiming to form a user-oriented design model, provide a quantifiable reference standard for the smart renovation of traditional community public spaces, and help optimize traditional communities Resource allocation plan for intelligent transformation of public space. The design practice of the intelligent transformation of public space in traditional communities provides support for the creation of high-quality user living experience, while also providing a new design model oriented to user needs.A more systematic, intelligent and humanized public space design will Become a new direction for future community development. |
