Research On The Design Of Healing Nursing Space For The Elderly With Dementia

The development of aging and senility of China’s population has brought many challenges to today’s society.The elderly with dementia,a special group,has become a major problem to test China’s pension services and facilities.Among the diversified pension service facilities,there are few independent pension institutions for the elderly with dementia,and only a few pension facilities will set up a floor or an area for receiving the elderly with dementia.The particularity of the disease of the elderly with dementia also puts forward higher requirements for their living space environment.Conventional nursing facilities mainly focus on the physical comfort level of the elderly,while the neglect of their mental level cannot meet the needs of the elderly with dementia.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics and behavioral symptoms of the elderly with dementia,combined with relevant environmental theories,the author analyzed their needs for nursing space and clarified the corresponding environmental intervention objectives.Drug intervention therapy in a variety of alzheimer’s disease through the analysis of induction,three kinds of main environmental elements as the medium of intervention therapy,respectively is:nostalgia therapy,sensory stimulation,montessori according to the dharma,separately carries on the thorough research,grab the beneficial to the physical and mental health,the old man,delay the progression of environmental interference elements.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly with dementia and the dimension of space demand,from the perspective of spatial environment,the environmental intervention elements of three kinds of non-drug intervention therapy were applied to the nursing service space for the elderly with dementia,and the humanistic care was highlighted by an appropriate aging and barrage-free design.To help alleviate the special disease,dementia old man,delay the disease development,establish supportive can continue living space as the goal,in order to improve the space efficiency,reduce medical resource allocation,reduce the pressure of nursing staff working for priority,and the therapeutic nursing space,the old man put forward the corresponding design strategy and main points,and applied to the test in the design practice,so as to our country,the old man nursing service space of the related research provide valuable reference.
