The 21st century is the era of population aging,accompanied by the highlight of the aging problem,the number of disabled people is increasing."2015 global aging career observation index" report pointed out that in 2015 the world only Alzheimer's disease,the number of patients about 46.8 million.At present,China has geriatric disease,the number of chronic diseases accounted for about 40%of the elderly population,which lost about 40 million elderly people,to 2050 will be close to one billion."Dementia" is not a simple disease,but a group of cognitive function area comprehensive or sustained decline of the syndrome,the need for professional care.With the popularity of deafness-related knowledge,the problem of old-age care for the disabled has become more and more concerned by the community.As the elderly for the care of the elderly have a high degree of specialization,differentiation requirements,the face of the number of such a large and year-on-year growth of the crowd,suitable for the elderly care of the elderly care in the country a serious lack of age,It is difficult to make their own and family satisfaction care.The author investigates the domestic nursing staff of many elderly patients with dementia and collects a large number of domestic and foreign cases of dementia care and research results,found that the study of patients with Alzheimer's disease mainly concentrated in the medical field,the field of architecture for the nursing home construction Research has some results,but the elderly patients with dementia disease characteristics and nursing homes combined with architectural theory is not common.The traditional sense of nursing homes,especially nursing care for the elderly nursing home is essentially to provide a place for the elderly to live,and this article is to explore is a dementia can have a quality of life.This study is intended to solve the current shortcomings of the old age care facilities in the elderly,from the perspective of the elderly,through the experiential design methods and strategies to create a caring building for the operators to provide a better design reference,To help the disabled in the maximum capacity within the scope of independent living,reduce the burden of nurses,improve service efficiency and service levels.Through the field investigation,literature,case analysis,the characteristics of dementia and its demand for architectural space,pointed out that the existing residential building design in the care of patients with Alzheimer's deficiency and improve the strategy for the provision of old-age buildings A new research perspective.Through the experiential design,in a limited space and economic conditions to study more high-quality care of the architectural space.
