| The continuous advancement of economic globalization has brought great material prosperity, which is reflected in the huge changes in the supply and demand relationship between consumers and suppliers in the consumer market.Scenic spots in the changing era are also facing this situation. With the increasingly rational demand of tourists for tourism products and the continuous improvement of aesthetic standards, the original homogeneity and poor quality products of scenic spots can no longer meet the rich needs of tourists. This tense relationship between supply and demand urges scenic spots to re-examine and plan the development of tourism products and re explore their own resources,The cultural and creative products have profound cultural connotations and creative expression ways, which coincide with the demand of scenic spots for tourism products. Therefore, the cultural and creative products of scenic spots emerge as the times require.Company B is a cultural and creative company which combs the cultural elements of the brand. In the early stage of the project, most of them provide creative and design services around a single product. In this project, the whole scenic area is taken as the cultural object for cultural and creative output. In the first stage of cultural and creative product development, due to the lack of analysis on the overall planning of the project, some problems are encountered in the implementation process,The cultural expression of cultural and creative products is not thorough, and the product output efficiency is low. This paper analyzes the problems of B company in the development of cultural and creative products in a scenic spot, combined with the relevant theories of product development,in order to find a more effective development plan for cultural and creative products in scenic spots.Firstly, this paper studies the connotation of scenic cultural and creative products in theory,in order to clarify the core value of cultural and creative products and the development requirements of cultural and creative products; The concepts of process optimization and process reengineering are analyzed theoretically; At the same time, the product and cycle optimization(PACE),gate-stage and integrated product development(IPD)in new product development are analyzed.Next,it introduces the product development process adopted by company B in the first phase of the project, finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons.Through diagnosis,it is found that the process adopted by company B in the first phase of the project is formed by the simple splicing of spontaneous design process and production process, and there is no in-depth study on the development requirements of cultural and creative products in scenic spots,As a result, such as low product yield, cooperation between departments is not close. Therefore, after the end of the first phase of the project, company B optimized its application process in the scenic cultural and creative product development project based on the product development process of gate-stage management. In the optimized process, the whole process is divided into five stages(stages),and four decision points(gates)are designed according to the requirements. The work is divided into several stages to avoid the long-term black box status of customers in the first phase of the project, effectively improve the customer participation and reduce the design risk caused by poor communication. In the new process, the specific tasks of each stage are relatively clearly divided, and the undertaking department is indicated to improve the cooperation ability between departments,At the same time,in order to improve the effectiveness of the process, parallel structure is often used in each stage of the implementation process. At the decision-making point,we will evaluate the tasks at this stage, put forward opinions or suggestions in time, and stop the trend of problems in time.Only through the judgment of the decision-making point can we enter the next stage, which is very important for whether the whole project can show the effect of customer satisfaction.Company B applied the gate-stage management system in the project for the first time.Through the new process, the interaction between departments was enhanced, the probability of repeated design was reduced, the product development efficiency was improved, and the development time of the same number of products was shortened. It reduces the "black box time" of customers and improves the customer experience. In the process of process design and deduction,it is found that the new process is suitable for similar cultural and creative product development projects of company B,and has a certain adaptability.Of course, with the continuous progress of the project, company B still needs to constantly test and optimize the new process to improve the product development ability of the enterprise. However, the applicability of other design projects currently followed up by company B is limited. Therefore, company B temporarily applies the new process to the overall cultural and creative product development projects in the scenic area. There are 16 figures,2 tables and 66 references in this paper. |
