| With the widespread use of electric vehicles, the demand for electric vehicle batteries has surged. When the electric vehicle battery capacity drops to 70%-80%,the used battery will be replaced and sorted.According to EVB recycling operations situation of the electric vehicle company P,this paper establishes a two-stage electric vehicle batteries closed-loop supply chain pricing model which is composed of battery manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers and third-party recycling companies. In the first stage, battery manufacturers use only raw materials to produce new power batteries. In the second stage, the market will carry out differential recycle processing for used electric vehicle batteries. The main part in charge of recycling of this EVB closed-loop supply chain will collect the returned batteries and make a decision based on the quality of the returned goods, that is echelon use or direct recycling. The purpose of this paper is to maximize the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain system through EVB’s pricing strategy and collection mode selection. The thesis first analyzes the current situation of electric vehicle battery recycling in P company, and establishes a two-stage EVB closed-loop supply chain pricing decision model under a centralized decision model. With the goal of maximizing the total profit of the system, the battery manufacturer’s price and produce quantities are determined by optimizing the sales price and recycling price of EVB.Based on the EVB closed-loop supply chain under the information symmetry dominated by battery manufacturers, the pricing strategy of EVB under different collection modes are compared. The model is solved using Stackelberg theory to obtain the optimal price of EVB and the profit of the members of the EVB closed-loop supply chain. Finally, the actual calculation example of P company is used as the basis of case analysis to verify the conclusions of the theoretical model in this paper.Otherwise, the sensitivity analysis refers to the recycling rate, recycling classification ratio,EVB raw material cost and recycling operating cost. The conclusions of this paper show that:(1)When there are differences in EVB recycling, the recycling price of EVB will affect remanufacturing decisions. The study shows that the higher EVB recycling prices will not necessarily promote the growth of the total profit of the EVB supply chain;(2)The total profit of the system with different collection modes in the EVB closed-loop supply chain is not the same. The total profit of the supply chain with EVB recycling is greater than the system without recycling.Under the centralized decision-making model, the total profit of the system is always better than the decentralized decision-making.If the vehicle company collects the used EVB on its own,the system will create more profit to the vehicle manufacturer;(3)The overall manufacturing and remanufacturing level of EVB is affected not only by recycling prices, but also by the cost of EVB’s raw materials and recycling operating costs,as well as the scale of the electric vehicle market and the battery recycling rate. This paper contains 18 figures,8 tables and 59 references. |
