The problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by traditional fuel vehicles can be solved effectively by new energy vehicles.As the core component and power source of new energy vehicles,the demand of power battery is also growing rapidly.Waste power batteries can be recycled and remanufactured through the closed-loop supply chain by Battery manufacturers,but the members of the closed-loop supply chain produce double marginal effect due to the contradiction between their own profits and pricing,which leads to the imbalance of the whole supply chain system.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the pricing strategy and coordination mechanism of power battery closedloop supply chain to reduce the conflict of interests among enterprises and achieve the optimal overall performance.This thesis first analyzes the recycling mode of a waste power battery and the operation process of the closed-loop supply chain,and establishes a decentralized decision-making model with the goal of maximizing the profits of the enterprises in the supply chain;in addition,considering the profit maximization of the closed-loop supply chain system,it establishes a centralized decision-making model under the ideal state,and uses the reverse induction method to solve the two decision-making models,and finds out the optimal decision-making model under the decentralized decision-making The efficiency of optimal decision and closed-loop supply chain system is inferior to that of centralized decision.Secondly,a wholesale price discount cost sharing contract is designed,and decentralized decision-making is introduced to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain system,and the reasonable value range of the contract is determined to reduce the impact of double marginal effect.Compared the pricing decisions and profits of enterprises before and after supply chain coordination,the effectiveness of the contract is proved.Finally,the profit of supply chain members before and after coordination is compared by numerical analysis.Based on the game theory,this thesis deeply studies the pricing strategy and coordination mechanism of the closed-loop supply chain of ternary material power battery.By designed the incentive contract of wholesale price discount cost sharing,it not only improves the profits of each enterprise,but also enhances the cooperation among the members of the supply chain,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the whole closed-loop supply chain and provide reference for the management decision-making of the core enterprises in the supply chain provide reference.
