With the development of the world automobile industry and the proposal of the concept of carbon neutrality,new energy vehicles begin to become the inevitable trend of reducing carbon emission standard.The effective recovery of retired power batteries has caused new problems in the industry.Selecting suitable recycling objects and adopting reasonable recycling methods can effectively alleviate tail gas pollution.At present,there are many recycling channels for power batteries in China,and the government has not issued detailed recycling standards.The electrode material in the battery can be recycled for repeated use.If it is not safely treated,the chemicals inside the battery will pollute the environment and cause a serious waste of resources,which is contrary to the original intention of the country to develop new energy vehicles.Government financial support will play a supporting role in the new energy vehicle industry chain,and the direction of government subsidies affects the development direction of the overall closed-loop supply chain.This paper studies and analyzes the sales and recycling channels of power batteries in the closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles,summarizes the sales and recycling channels of existing manufacturers,distributors and consumers in China,and joins the emerging echelon utilization enterprises to participate in recycling on the basis of the original closed-loop supply chain.Based on the closed-loop supply chain theory,Stackberg game theory,backward induction and numerical simulation method,the basic model of the closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles is established under the condition of no government subsidy.Secondly,the game model of power battery closed-loop supply chain under government subsidy is established under the condition of different participants of government subsidy.Through model assumptions and parameter setting,the sales pricing and recovery pricing of each participant in the closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles in the two models are solved.The results show that: when there is no government subsidy,the market sales price remains stable;When the government subsidizes manufacturers,the market recovery will be stimulated,and each participant and the whole supply chain will gain the maximum profits.Finally,the current situation of the automobile market is investigated,the key parameters in the model are assigned,and the Matlab software is used to analyze the example.From the three-dimensional graph,the optimal decision of the supply chain is different when the government subsidies are different participants.Government subsidies to manufacturers can ensure the maximum benefits of the overall supply chain.It plays a positive role in improving the efficiency of battery recycling and constructing a more effective recycling system.
